All specific percentages and rankings trace to a 2019 LocalCircles survey on bribery, not a 2024 index. The reel presents old data as new with invented graphics and rankings. The North-South conclusion rests on this false source.
The 2019 survey data on Rajasthan (78%) and some other states is real. No source supports a 2024 index, these exact rankings for all listed states, or the North vs South divide drawn from it.
