Training the same muscle three times a week is bad if you are training hard enough is not accurate. Studies show higher frequencies like 3x or more per muscle often produce more growth than lower ones.

Why we say that

Training 6-7 days a week isn't always bad, and 2x muscle frequency plus 90-120s rests are solid but not the only path to best gains.

The reel gives sensible general fitness advice backed by studies on frequency, rest and sleep. It overstates by calling 6-7 days "bad", 3x muscle training "bad if hard enough", 30s rests useless and 4h sleep fully preventive of gains. Real science shows more nuance and individual differences.

The facts don't add up to the point it's making

Core advice on 2x weekly muscle training, longer rests and 8h sleep matches evidence. The leaps to "bad", "won't hit hard enough", "prevents gaining muscle and losing fat" and one single "best" pattern do not follow from the studies, which show ranges and individual variation work.

What it leaves out

Individual factors like age, experience, total volume, nutrition and stress matter more than one fixed schedule. What is "best" varies widely.
